Review: I find it hard in Edmonton to find a good, reputable LFS as anyone does anywhere but these guys have a good guarantee and deals that make it easier to find a good fish. They always have a deal of buy one get one fish free and all fish have a 30 day warranty on them with receipt of course. But, one time I bought some female bettas which died and they did honour the 30 day warranty with no receipt. That's good business. They also don't sell fish that appear to be sick and if they are sick when you bring them home there's no hassle, only an apology, and a new fish for you. Except for the female betta fiasco I have never had a problem with them. Their staff is knowledgeable, even the twelve year old who volunteers to help out. The boy says to me when I bought my two new red cap orandas, "How big is your tank?" I said, "Twenty gallons." He goes, "Is there any other fish in it?" I said, "No." He just looked at me, smiled, and said, "Good."

Review: The store owner is very helpful although he only tells you you only need to do 10% water changes a week. His fish are healthy from all my experience. He also takes in any fish if it needs a new home regardless of size or anything else really. He also takes in nearly any other animal that needs a new home. The fish are priced very reasonably(8 convicts-$4). He will try his best to help you out with any problem to the best of his abilities. The store always has the same people working and the hours are good. There is a homey feeling to the store and even a couch to sit and watch all the bid red devils swim around in one of his huge tanks. As long as you research your fish slection first, then I would fully reccomend this store to any fish shopper in the area.
