Tropical Fish World
Review: I shop there all the time and get most of my aquarium stuff and all my fishies there. I've only ever seen a sick fishie there once, maybe twice in the year I've been shopping there. The only thing that's too overpriced is their decorative rocks (not gravel, the big rocks, like the ones with built in fake rocks) and specialty items. Everything else is well priced though. All the goldies are between $4 and $8. I love it.

Review: This is one of the best fish stores I've ever been to. The people there know so much about what they're talking about, it amazes me. I went there today and the guy helped me decide which heater to get, no pressure, and he understood that I was also looking for lower priced heaters and he recommended I go with the lowest priced one that would work. Their fish are incredibly well taken care of, I've only ever seen one dead fish, and that was a feeder goldfish. The only drawback is that I can't see into the highest aquariums, and I'm not exactly classified as short! They've got tanks and tanks of goldfish, fancy goldfish, Koi, feeders, etc. and they're all large and healthy. I know from experience, they will not sell you a fish unless they've had it for at least 2 weeks and are sure it is healthy. They even gave me free plant food. I could go on and on about this store forever. If you're in the Seattle area, VISIT THIS STORE. Seriously. You won't be sorry- considering the other options are Petcos and Petsmarts.

Review: I absolutely love this little pet shop. its real small, and kinda cramed in there, but its great. Local owners who seem to know what their doing. And the thing that shocked me is i have found high quality equipment for my tank, compared to what petco and petsmart has around here. Only place around here that had coralife lights, or lights designed for plants, or any other hoods for fish tanks besides the plain (personally sucky) ones that petsmart and petco carry. It kinda smells like animals, which doesnt bother me, but they have such cute bunnies. Ive never noticed many over crowded tanks, and they have some HUGE fish..... and some fish that ive never even seen! They seem to have more saltwater fish then coldwater fish or tropicals, but their fish always seem to be VERy healthy. Not a large supply, but better end quality of products. i love the place. Ive even had people from other pet stores recommend going there..

Review: Great goldie selection, takes good care of their stock and pretty knowledgable about fish. The have lots of pond fish right before summer and also have a great selection of other pets as well. Their supplies are a bit pricey, probably so they can compete with the huge chain stores, but worth it for healthy, happy fish!
